       The Beginning of My Journey
I came into contact with the world of martial arts from the age of twelve, also becoming passionate
about holistic philosophy. Through them, at thirteen I discovered yoga, focusing
more on its practice, as I am interested in the reasoning behind each position,
as well as movement and self-exploration. Yoga is based on the compression of emotions and
behaviors, while all changes occur in consciousness. Thanks to capable masters and teachers
who allowed me to see what is invisible, and through the practice of meditation and
neurolinguistic programming that helped me progress in life and change limiting beliefs,
I managed to overcome the fear of public speaking. The practice of martial arts like tai chi
chuan and qi gong, on the other hand, allowed me to learn to live and act in the "here and now". At the age of eighteen
I began to share my knowledge and use everything I learned and
experienced with excellent results on myself to help others, thus making my passion a
job. Teaching in various schools and gyms and being in close contact with hundreds of people, I
experienced the different types of practice of TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have always been
very interested in the study of the energy that surrounds and governs the life of all of us and the holistic vision
that is the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Every action or thought, feeling, and speaking, have a
meaning, indicating that the mind and brain are in action. I have always been a curious person and I
like to seek answers, discover, in fact, the functioning of the mind, and I have always believed in
the potential of all of us. I am a student of the subconscious mind and aware of its power, but I had no
idea what its limits were. With the practice of meditation and regressive hypnosis, I had the
confirmation that we can rewrite our beliefs, values, often limiting beliefs, instilled by a society
that poorly educates intrinsic motivation, the knowledge of our emotions, and mastering the power
of imagination and visualization.
